I have Gtx 1650 with no display port
I looked up at gpu z and it said it was a OEM Dell Gtx 1650, I can only find one hdmi port but in the description of my graphics cards its supposed to have 1 hdmi and 2 display port.

yes it does have the DisplayPort 1.4a check if there is a clear cover on it. It will need to be removed.
Also it will work with hdmi tips here how to get it to work

I believe mine only has dvi and hdmi outputs but in the dell description and on gpu z it says it has also a display port, it technically has a display port but its connected to cpu and so I cant use features like gsync and free sync on my gtx 1650.
you can use a converter to convert dvi to displayport.

Honestly, GSync (or GSync Compatible via FreeSync) would be rather pointless on such a low end GPU anyways. You'll be lucky to net 30 FPS in most games on that junk of a GPU.

Buy a better GPU, and possibly PSU as well.

Was the GPU just a OEM Dell one, or is your entire PC from Dell too?
