In your case I would still maybe do that, just to be sure it's all good
yes you re right Bad Motha,.
it clears out way more stuff than nvidia 'clean install'
removing all traces of old drivers, and can disable windows from trying to install any drivers
so when you install the desired driver its never replaced when windows thinks it needs an update
Just DDU wipe everything nvidia and reboot.
I have DDU instructions on my Steam Profile in page#1 of Ccmments section at bottom.
let me tell you from experience that sooner or later, you will encounter issues. maybe something feels sluggish or maybe something crashes.
Same response to your other 9999697858964598076875 threads about a 1 off error. Bugs happen. There are thousands of things running at any 1 time. Something interacts at a wrong time in the wrong way can cause a random bug. Could do the exact same a million times and it not happen again.
Or Bit flips... Like I've said before look it up. Planes and space craft have multiple systems and error correction specifically for dealing with bitflips general personal hardware doesn't
And once again..if it only happens once it's a one off, move on. It's only an issue if it is happening repeatedly, then and ONLY then do you need to investigate.
Happens once = Move on with your life
Happens repeatedly = investigate it
