You might think two things, Windows systems have almost always been miserable, half the truth, or, see without further assistance the hacker is in your PC...

I'll be working on fresh Win7 installs in the next month or two. Looking forward to it.
More than appreciating a suspiciously updated 7, which perhaps enables all modern hardware and surpasses a 12,13. The problem is that developers are forced to put a block on installing something later.
This also applies to the hope for help from the AI in creating a real Winux, in the end there won't be an all-purpose system due to a question of living in the block if you try, or accept being spied on or nothing.

Also, Arch Linux is the top Linux OS in the survey, likely inflated by Steam Deck consoles that hadn't been reformatted to Windows.
The general feel of Arch based distributions and the high customisation potential makes it so much better than modern Windows. Once the issue of software support becomes a thing of the past, there will be pretty much no reason to keep using Windows, none.
