I won't believe it if you tell me that you haven't accidentally seen articles like, look, win xp, vista, me, and maybe even 7 were put online after years and then a malware or other record in just 10 minutes.

You might think two things, Windows systems have almost always been miserable, half the truth, or, see without further assistance the hacker is in your PC...
now they have put the banks online and rightly hired hackers to keep them safe, are you doing important work and are constantly connected to the internet?, your problem.

Today, even with Win 11 and all the anti-AI protections in this world, you will still play titles with idiots inside to ruin the gaming experience.

The numbers speak clearly, you can't digest win11 and no one is interested in tpm or other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, you need something simple like 7, something that doesn't spy on you, that doesn't send messages to who knows who or that doesn't trigger programs after a clean installation. third parties to say that we are already flawed.

Now they will use the AI to force you to use something machine-like, so you might as well make the AI do this operating system, instead of continuing with painful marketing moves that only make you angry.

Windows 7 has been tested with all protections down and it wasn’t immediately infected like XP was, it’s still relatively safe for now

From a modern system perpetually in beta, I can accept formatting when its updates just don't assimilate and you have to format...
Your precious SSDs are reduced to working like hard drives from the 90s, I hope that other articles have been poorly written, in which nicknames of employees, who instead of fixing something are on the beach every day without doing anything.

What I don't accept is that you unconditionally cut off what people are looking for.

and force them to install on your PC...èòds+fòòg+èerphk+èrtepkh

Unfortunately a mistake has occurred, the older operating system you worked for is more sought after, loved and is likely to be more widely used if you support it, regardless of its age, than your modern well-packaged package.

speaking of formatting: i had a pc where i formatted a lot in order to fix issues, like warcraft 3 not starting. it ran well when it did run but, not every time. my other pc which was weaker ran it without issues. one time when i formatted and reinstalled windows, my pc got a password. that forced me to reinstall windows again just to remove it.

Like it was said before "Total Recall" is coming from MS, like it or not, Forced Updates.
andreasaspenberg575 2024 年 5 月 29 日 下午 3:13
forced updates is my main problem with windows 10. one of the reasons i am sticking with windows 7 and 8.1, where updates is optional. i had to update some stuff in windows 8.1 howeverin order for final fantasy 15 to work but, that was my choice. i wanted to run it.

If you're interested in a fresh install of Windows 7 this should be an interesting read:

https://www.sevenforums.com/installation-setup/415754-update-your-win-7-installation-media.html

"Here is a way to get your installation media up to date: Includes "universal" usb3 , sata drivers, nvme drivers and MS nvme updates"

I'll be working on fresh Win7 installs in the next month or two. Looking forward to it.

The source code of more than one Microsoft system has already been requested, given how much Microsoft fakely appreciates open source. But he rightly can't show the world what sinister stuff is hidden in there.

More than appreciating a suspiciously updated 7, which perhaps enables all modern hardware and surpasses a 12,13. The problem is that developers are forced to put a block on installing something later.

This also applies to the hope for help from the AI in creating a real Winux, in the end there won't be an all-purpose system due to a question of living in the block if you try, or accept being spied on or nothing.

Just a quick conspiracy moment. :)

Let's play a game, pretend not to see...
Microsoft is bleeding, Linux is spreading, to patch up the situation, it is buying everything that produces video games.
The AAA houses not yet acquired, bad luck wants them to develop on its systems,
Microsoft knows this, calls one of its shadow hacker departments/groups, and politely asks them to persecute that project...

Then the hackers are blamed? but wasn't his system supposed to guarantee security? and then don't you support me with win7 which is more loved?

And finally the obvious...

If you officially support 7 which looks great even on less than stellar hardware,

Linux stops spreading...

But you can't do it, if by mistake you give too much string to 7, it eats up all your efforts for the next os.

move, buy everything else in the world!

On Steam Windows is still by far the most used operating system. Linux has nearly 2% market share, and Mac is behind that.

Do you know what I find funny?
In India according to Statista, Linux has 14% market share and the reason for this is that their government office PCs are running Linux.

What would happen if France banned Windows, as they did with Office 365 and Google Docs, from being used by ministers and taught in schools?

School PCs aren't intended for gaming anyway and most schools won't be too pleased with you gaming on them.
Also, Arch Linux is the top Linux OS in the survey, likely inflated by Steam Deck consoles that hadn't been reformatted to Windows.

Still a lot higher where it used to be and it's only going to increase if Microsoft doesn't wise the f**k up. Even Linus Sebastian (aka LTT, LMG, etc.) is considering switching to Linux as a daily driver and so are other people in the company like Luke Lafrieniere despite having issues with it in the past, it's getting difficult for people to ignore all of the negative changes that Microsoft has been making on Windows while Linux just keeps improving.

The general feel of Arch based distributions and the high customisation potential makes it so much better than modern Windows. Once the issue of software support becomes a thing of the past, there will be pretty much no reason to keep using Windows, none.

I'm not talking about games. I'm talking about popularity. If you have popularity, games will also come naturally. I mentioned schools because they teach some IT, how to work with popular software only, which means the average user will be stuck with it even if it is paid, while there are free options that perform preaty descend.
