i recently found another windows 7 game: diablo immortal. the official minimum requirements is windows 7. though it takes 74 gigabytes of harddrive space. though it is free. in addition to the 74 gigabytes initial download there an another 300 megabytes of patch data.

*Disk Space Requirement: 2.4GB (with patch of additional 10GB) for android
26 may 2022, so who knows...

2.95GB in Google Play store, but I won't bother with the extra patch.

They have a Windows version of the game too, so probably this one has 74GB of textures and stuff.

i am of course talking about the windows version and not the phone version. i do not have a phone. if you play on phone, you can port stuff to pc, though you should not play on pc first and then phone. it is built in such a way that you benefit from playing first on phone and then on pc. recommended specs for pc is gtx 770. i have played the pc version and know how much i had to install.

Ok I just found it on a forum if you uninstall Diablo Immortal then reinstall it take way less space like 40-50GB. Because the game on every update left trash.

First problem with CachyOS
- Sleep mode doesn't work corectly.
yey...

Anyway, the KVM/QEMU VM is pretty good for emulating Windows 10 for the software I like to use, but it is not working perfectly fine on Wine.
Well Windows 7 also works fine, if not better than Oracle's VM.

Yesterday I got the monthly single update on Win7, that anti-malware thingie.
Can someone explain me why this remained as update even MS fully abandoned this OS?
Why they bothering with this and if they do why ONLY this?

You'll have to ask Microshaft for an answer to that. They are the only ones that can answer this question. No one else knows why they do this.

Small businesses in large portions of the world still use 7 (or before) to reliably run their businesses. As long as it performs well they won't "up"grade.
Microsoft can spare a few man hours to do minimal maintenance on its previous OS's..
That saves them lots of bad publicity when it turns out bad things easily could have been avoided but they didn't care.

Probably Windows 7 Defender stuff. Yes, they have an anti-malware which is disabled by default for some reason. (or it should be downloaded, never used it)
