i'm apart the "people who can't" since the MS installer for Win10 refuses to work on the computer i'm running rn

Windows 10's updates can be completely disabled if someone wishes to do that. There is no such thing as "unavoidable updates" with Windows 10.

This was not the case at the beginning iirc.

It was. WinAeroTweaker software to disable Windows 10 updates existed since the very first release of Windows 10 when it first released.

Unfathomable number but the similarities between them are just as large as they share the same or similar desktop environment options, package options, etc. and the same base linux kernel even if they use their own modified variant.

The underlying OS is basically the same. There is basically one Linux Kernel. Everything else is built on top of it is basically about personal preference.

Then above that there are basically only like 3 main Linux Families that everything else is based around: Arch, Debian, and Fedora. Every major Linux distro is traced back one of those 3.

Like ZorinOS is based on Ubuntu, but Ubuntu is based on Debian. LMDE is based on Debian. SteamDeckOS is based on Arch. Etc.

Interesting site though for that fingerprint, it says I was unique. So, guess got that going for me.

It said I'm unique too. Even a vanilla install of the latest version of Firefox with no add-ons is listed as unique too. I'm starting to suspect this website is going to say everything is unique no matter what is used.

Like I just said in my comment where you quoted me: I'm pretty sure that this website will always say everyone is unique no matter what we do, use, or configure. I think that it's impossible to ever appear anonymous to this website.

What's weird, is no matter how many times I visit or refresh the page, it says I'm unique. Not sure what exactly it's trying to fingerprint, if can't even use a cookie to properly track a visitor.

It also says I'm using Windows, when on Linux... O_O
