There is more to Endeavour than just an installer.
It's very minimal in what it does add. But, what it does add is very helpful to a newcomer.
You will start with Mint. But, after a few months, you'll be hungry for more. You cannot escape the Linux rabbit hole. Never.
Manjaro, Garuda, and CachyOS all have something over it:
Manjaro uses its own repo and won't pull anything from the AUR unless you change it so it will and has its own update schedule to prevent broken updates from causing problems.
Garuda adds in a bunch of custom software to make installing popular gaming packages easier and comes with a lot of gaming software pre-installed as it's a gaming-focused OS. Garuda also has its own repo but can also access the AUR by default.
CachyOS isn't too different from face value from Arch and EOS, just has additional optimizations which puts its performance in the same class as Intel's Clear Linux, offers additional kernel options for further tuning including options for handheld devices like the Deck, and also has its own repo and also accesses the AUR by default as well.
But that's all because it was designed by the team to be as close to Arch as possible, with the major key difference being the GUI installer. It only came into existence after Antergos Linux, another Arch distro, ceased development, and moderators of that community banded together after the community supported the initial idea to replace Antergos, with the end result being EOS. It was never designed or intended to be very different, it was meant to just be Arch.
Edit: Because the mods are easily triggered.
I should also mention that it includes macOS 10.12-10.14.
I used to say that... a long time ago.
