back to my windows 7 issue: i have internet explorer 8 and needs to install 11 in order to update but, i need to go in order. internet explorer 11 requires internet explorer 10, which in return requires internet explorer 9. i am having trouble finding the older versions, because everywhere i go, i am told to use edge. edge is only integrated into windows update in later versions.

Well they dropped on Win7 x64 Pro fully, still I receive one Update every month.

IF you want to use simplix update, you will get all the last update, meaning all corrections for the last 149 cve that are affecting windows 7 for last month

Is this basicaly all the ESU and more? Is this legal? Why MS dont give us al the ESU free after support end? :P

This is made by third party, and they are downloaded from the catalogue i've linked you just above.After why is ms still leave people doing that, no clue but i guess he can't forbit it because of the catalogue web site and all the files from it can be "extracted' and a new setup can be rebuild on top of them.

yes what is inside the updatepack does not come from mars xd All the files are comming from ms catalogue web site.Most setup program has been rebuild using orca i guess if they ae msi or include into a custom setup.

Personaly i do not use it so i don't think i can recommand something i never used or tryed ,but before jumping , i would suggest you to check the forum of 'askwoody', it will gives you a better view by people using it i guess.
nonetheless , i've downloaded it one time to see what's inside and i think i allready talked about that on a old closed thread.; what's suprised me was the content of this pack, more than 5go and it's also signed ... and not everything can be digitally signed easily ...

I do not "offer thing" , i just talk and explain you what i understand and know.

When i ask people to use stuff, i do like i did with system informer and @monkeymaster few post ago because i know system informer and i use it , here for the case of the updatepack i never asked you to use it ...
Ne mets pas la charue avant les boeufs .... french expression and do not think there is some correct translate for that in english

But as I read from your above comment you think it somewhat suspicious.
Also you know Im not a techy guy. Still you said some sweety info how it patch all the latest security issue.
It realy made me assumpting you recommend it and use it, even you did not said it directly. :P

I know you want to help, but if I would not this paranoid then I already start installing the Update because you "recommended" it. Even you did not wanted to sound like that, but it was very misleading for me.

Maybe because not native english speakers. Anyway I suggest you to add such extra info when you talk about a program.

Do not lend me intentions I don’t have.

When i offer or ask people to use stuff i recommand i clearly do it ( check my try with system informer xd )
For me the use of updatepack ask me the same question as people who are running tiny10 or tiny11 on their comp : you are donwloading and using microsoft "official" stuff that do not come from official microsoft web site ...
So are you using dnscrypt , system informer, xmplayer ,glasswire or eset because i've talked about thoses tools few posts ago, i do not think ....
