use a program like Wiz Tree to see what's taking up storage space.
https://diskanalyzer.com/
i don't know much about cloud storage but to my understanding
it uses a very heavy compression algorithm so i doubt games would run directly off the cloud and would most likely need to decompress over the network first, then transfer back to the local storage and finally open. others can chime in on this as i don't use mass cloud storage personally (i have a NAS) but yeah use something like wiztree to check what's taking up so much space
thats most likely the problem
get a bigger drive in the pc
any drive, hdd is ok for most sp games, load time may be higher, but they are designed to load stuff before its needed
nas + wifi is a nono for games
just dont
adding more delays from pc to where the data is will just make them unplayable
4tb 7200rpm hdd is around $70-90usd and as fast as sata3 can support, just add that to the pc and install all your games on that
