Controller Triggers input 32767 when released
So a while ago my controller triggers started behaving at the opposite as they should on steam, I had managed to solve the problem by doing nothing particular as it was about 2 weeks ago and I literally don't remember to have done anything for it to change.

What I know for sure, is that steam stopped seeing my controller as it's official name "Pro Contact" and was recognizing it as an "Xbox Controller".

So, I was doing my thing when the PC froze, and hold and behold, Steam chose to go back and see the controller as "Pro Contact" again after rebooting, stopping me from playing since the Triggers are seen pushed except when I push them, light push will be recognized perfectly accurate, but in reverse, so going down from max input (32767) to (0) when fully pushed down.

When opening the Controller settings page, I can see there is 1 new option "Universal Face Button Glyphs" which suggests the reboot my PC underwent made steam update and break whatever, again.

I've scouted the internet for the second time and I couldn't find anything of use again, other than binding them to other buttons which isn't really a proper solution.

Does anybody know if there's a way I can force steam to see the controller as an Xbox one?
