Wondering if ANYONE can help, my steam deck is broken and the support ticket people don't reply to me with any kind of immediacy. I paid a lot of money for this product and I need a phone number, a chat option, something to help me troubleshoot my 600+ dollar investment.

Support responses for Valve hardware related issues usually takes days for responses. Backlogs and such.

The ticket system is all there is. No chat option nor phone number.
