The "RTX 4070 Ti Super" is currently highly recommendable as it costs as same as the Ti variant but with a slight perfomance increase and comes with 16 GB vRAM instead 12 GB:

This is the truth, nothing so help me Thor the truth. Can I get an ODIN?
When the objects became somewhat intelligent and created a fallback form of communication to allow certain graphical representations light strobe to occur. The soothing fixation found by players was monsterized. Now monetized, began a slow decline of games having those sacred physics no longer creating elevated player skill like grenade jumping, rocket surfing negative animation phase throughs(street fighters hurricane kicks once upona time). Now given back Dynamite Cop Tomb Raider pod racer in KOTOR stunning visual can you hit up up down down fast enough to dodge or is it a trained thought process like our mouse and monkey lab subjects.
Games are getting for the dimmer while being brighter is a special graphing calculator event of most hedge market volunteers would know about. We skipped PS4 PS5 Xbox again and looked to the Shift lite...ehhh Switch Lite? the OLED STEAM DECK. Then have to buy something that massive doesn't even have a screen to tell you its temperature just gunk and copper tubing with the smell of a hot fire from time to time with a whisper coil whine that reminds you of the fluids in your spine rushing into your head as you collapse from effects causing seizures making think you're snoring in bed.
Buyig a 3060ti was the first mistake. Buying a 4070 super to feed to a small marsupial so it can have its minerals deposits to make sure earth's have life upon surface in the next decade. Nah forget that thing with a tail get different cpu and another 3060ti. And run a mule char from a secondary account.
I wouldn't Since everything RAM standard dropped back to 8 and 16 since ddr5 the gpu ram not even picking up traction to increase other then amount is a waste something is fishy and getting hooked to prime fresh new inner car smell shouldn't force you to buy one.
Buy yourself a hammer and begin to pound a hole through the center of a log that skill and precision could at least prep something can burn with proper air flow better then that tower of EMP'd mess.
Best bet at this point is find a buyer, or another PC to use the 3060 Ti in. Then at some point in 2024 when Summer and Back To School Sales hit, look for some good sale discounts online for the GPU you want in its place. You might even have to wait til Black Friday / Cyber Week 2024 before you find a really good deal on some GPUs. I would try to aim for 4070 Ti or 4080 if you can. SUPER varient of course if available.
What screen res and refresh rate do you plan to use?
What are the rest of the current PC specs; such as CPU and PSU? Which OS?

Better off grabbing a 3080 10GB or 12GB during a good Amazon sale for around $500
Or go with AMD RX 7800 XT
Refurbished 7900 XT are around $650 now.
