and psu brand/model/age?
ups is not going to help with crashing
those are meant to keep the pc powered during blackout/brownout, just long enough to shut down properly
what happens exactly?
bsod, power off, crash to desktop, or other error?
it happens at random or whenever it it pleases, having at least a few tabs on browser it crashes, played an indie game for at least three hours before it crashes, playing a game like Fallout 4 crashes within five minutes, and the error on Event Viewer keeps saying Kernel power 41 (63) googling doesn't help cause everyones is different!
Regardless. It could also be something regarding the PSU or even your electrical current. For some reason it fails to get enough power thus the system crashes.
get them from the mobo mfg site

brand/model and age?
You haven't told us anything about the crashes; just that they happen. Nobody can magically give you the correct answer on a guess. Help us help you. Give more details about these crashes.
Are they BSODs (Blue screens)? Or are programs crashing back to the desktop? Or is the display going out? Or is the PC turning off or restarting? Or is it freezing? There's a whole slew of types of "crashes". When do they happen? Randomly? Or is there some iota of consistency? Does it ever happen in the BIOS? Just in Windows?
Blind advice I can give with little else to go on...
As said above, ensure all drivers are installed and updated. Might not hurt to update the BIOS (for the motherboard) and reinstall Windows if you know what you're doing.
If it still happens, you're likely looking at bad hardware. The course of action to take is to find out which part it is, and RMA it. If it's truly, truly, truly random, like the crashes are of all different types and conditions, then I'd be looking RAM, PSU, and maybe storage first (in no particular order) because those would be the most likely to cause truly random crashes. Other faults usually lead to more conditional issues.
MemTest86 for testing the RAM. The PSU (and storage) might need another known good one to substitute as a test.
Is there anyway to get it to NOT CRASH? Does it if you leave it on bios all night?
Gonna want to troubleshoot. Take all those apps off startup. Close them. Just do basic things and see if the pc is stable. Then one by one introduce the other ones and see what makes it crash.
