Report a translation problem
you can also just click on install (after you copied them to c ) for a game and it will scan+recover the files
Lets say your old Library is here D:\Steam\steamapps
Rename the D:\Steam\steamapps folder to D:\Steam\steamapps_old
Open Steam
Create Library where you want it D:\Steam\steamapps
Close Steam
Cut (Ctrl +X), Not copy, CUT(Ctrl +X) the contents of the D:\Steam\steamapps_old folder and paste (Ctrl +V) inside the new D:\Steam\steamappsfolder
Delete the D:\Steam\steamapps_old folder
Load Steam
You can easily edit where Steam is installed and where all of your Steam Games are installed/located; it can't be any easier. It's the easiest game client ever in terms of doing this.
