Steam causes my mic to mute on Discord
I had this problem since last year, whenever I play a game on steam while on a call in Discord.

Upon entering a game, it causes my mic to be muted on call even though I didn’t press any button.

My mic is on my headphones(Corsair Void RGB Elite Wireless), is there any solution for this problem?

Configure the Mic settings in Steam.

Don't set both Steam and Discord to Push-to-Talk or you can simply disable the Mic in Steam. Not much reason to use Mic on Steam

How do you disable the mic on steam when there's no option for it? Also, I have Steam on push to talk.

in steam -> settings -> broadcasting

but check windows audio settings, and devices
voip/voice chat tab
config the mic/speakers used for that there

disable all other unused devices

I kinda made solution based on this. What I did was to enable my voicemod and made that default for steam to use. Entering a game like palword doesn't mute my mic, but when not speaking for a while will mute it (even though there's no option for that in my mic)
