It cannibalises slower internal storage to augment physical memory when there's not enough of that to go around. "Turbo" is just marketing twaddle; this is more or less a buffer the operating system can fall back on in circumstances where it would otherwise be terminating background processes to free up resources anyway. If a smartphone has 6GB RAM... it has 6GB RAM.

Short version? You can ignore it. Other computers have been doing this sort of thing for decades.

Smartphones for some reason don't have Page file/Swap, but Honor seems to have. Is it useful? Yes it is. Does it make your phone faster? In most cases, there is no difference.
