Build new pc and I stutter a lot

So I build a rtx 4070 OC with 7 ryzen 7800x3D with DDR5 32gb and the first week went fluent I didn't have any stutters or anything but this werk my PC stutters a lot and freezes a lot for a milisecond I overcloacked mx RAM's tho so idk what the issue is I could type more information later cause I gotta go to work now but does anyone know what the issue might be?

Are you using anything from Samdung?

Their SSDs are known to frequently crash AMD storage controllers. And the SOBs refused to honor the warranty or put any effort into firmware update fixes.

Did you advance out of the Version .1 BIOS? Some people never do... lol Version 0.01

update bios
get the correct mobo drivers from the mobo mfg or oem site
chipset, audio, lan, etc..

reset bios to default, and just enable xmp
if you just changed the freq, that will not work, xmp sets the freq, timings and voltage needed for its profile

Stutters have an endless list of causes, and it's not always a "problem" but sometimes a "reality". Without specifics, all anyone can do is guess.

If this wasn't happening for the first week, then you need to ask yourself if anything changed after that first week. And if so, what was it?

You mentioned overclocking the RAM. Have you tried setting it back where it was to see if that clears it up?

Just a quick info for everyone I appreciate your help I'm going home rn I will respond to all of you soon but about the RAM overcloacking I did it instantly on the first day

Try to reset everything to defaults and see if you have the same problem. Other methods to try reinstall the drivers. And lastly update the Bios of your motherboard. Sometimes they ship without the latest Bios.

about the driver thingy i updated and reinstalled it already but it doesn't seem to change anything about the bios I have to look for it tmw

Google AMD Chipset drivers and that should do it. I have the same motherboard as you. At least go to the drivers page and see what they offer.
