Pretty much all motherboards support Crossfire, it doesn't require dedicated hardware and stupid licensing crap so it's basically free.
B450 can overclock, but you are not forced to use it. I highly recommend against getting a $5 cheaper A320 board which will not support new CPUs, has horrible I/O and generally a lack of quality components in combination with a crap warranty.
