Logitech G HUB not storing some of my bindings of my mouse
Logitech g502 hero

the G HUB is not storing the bindings of my side buttons and must remain open in order for those buttons to keep their bindings. This issue occurs specifically when I use the onboard memory.

apparently assigning shift to any of the buttons will not be stored in the onboard memory

G HUB is a pain. I got mine working some how. Worse software I ever used for a mouse.
but by default when you install ghub it uninstalls lgs

I know... But Log. Gaming Software is OK for me. Size is 145 MB

If you have G-HUB installed, could you please be so kind check the size on the disc?

I was told it is has size almost 1 GB. Is it true> ? 👀😱😮
Mines 456 mb for kb/m

lgs installed is 85mb
ghub installed is 300mb
O_o_o...thank You both.
I was afraid that G-HUB has weight to much...ヽ( ͝° ͜ʖ͡°)ノ
Found a way to re-sync the profile:
1) Click on the mouse tile where the on-board memory is enabled.
2) You land on a preview/setting page with the big fat blue banner at the bottom saying "The device is in on-board mode. [...]"
3) On the right bottom side you see "On-board memory mode ON" with the slots and profiles set. At least one slot (Slot 1) should be set and have a profile synced which shows up in blue.
4) Click on the blue profile name and in the ccontext-menu select the very same profile.
5) It should sync now (dots appearing) ... wait until finished, done!

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
