Got two sticks of g skill trident ram sticks though today only one is lit up with the rbh and the other isn’t. Though it is read as 32gb in windows. Is it something to do with the software itself?

Ok so load up the software you use for RGB and play around with it.
Could be faulty RAM too.
I never understood why it's a thing or why people buy them.

i only buy rgb ram if its cheaper than anything else

It's partly a generational thing.

Growing up with the ugly gray PC's in the 90's and never seeing the internals anyways i couldn't care less about RGB, only the performance of the PC.

Yeah idk like I said windows detects the 32gb so I’m not worried that it’s a dead ram stick
