The 4090 is 64% faster than the 3090.
I look at PC a little differently than most in the way I put together unique configurations with retro appeal, loads of looks and operating in quiet stealth. Follow that up with total functionality.
These new technologies have a problem; they don't offer anything appealing.
I would wait with amd cards. rdna 3 was a bust and rdna 4 is apparently not what they wanted. I think rdna 5 or 6 is when they come back and can seriously compete with nvidia.
