i bet gigabyte or asrock motherboards dont have this problem. i got my new computer and i hate it already.
isnt it awful that you get a prebuilt with a very high chance you will have to take it in for repairs as soon as you get it.

What are the issues? Apart from the long memory training thing?

I doubt it's the motherboard.

a long ass boot up time after turning expo on isnt normal. also i probably have a broken chipset because my computer would even boot up again to complete the proccess.

Well, what I'll say is this. I was pissed at the boot-up behavior on am5, especially after I had realized that I basically had to disable that setting on order to have a stable pc. So now stuck with long boot times, my boot times aren't really much longer anymore. It's weird, like the first couple trainings it does, it saves that info so that in the future it doesn't take as long. Seems to get shorter after a couple boots. In addition, at some points, if I power it off during a training or something weird like that It'd be stuck in a logo loop forever evidently or until I force it totally off and then restart it.

But if these memory trainings are the only issue and only take a bit long and not ludicrously long, then I'd weight out if it's worthy wasting time trying other things to find out that's just AM5.

Anyways, tl;dr I guess try to learn to live with it unless you want to gamble on Intel or stick with AM4.

Oh ok, Not too sure what your referring too exactly but if they're legit and that's bugging you then yeah I can see why you'd want to blame ASUS.

But also, I'm guessing somebody else built this for you, if so it might be on them somehow?

You got the 9700x and 7800 xt right? You want me to install Cyberpunk and see what I get? I get a 7900 (non-x) and vanilla 4070 running at 1080p.
