Power bricks touching each other a fire risk?
I have two hard drive docks and they are the same model. Under my desk the two power bricks for them touch each other all the time. Is this safe. Could this be a fire hazard?

Touch, how? Are they stacked on each other? Then depending on the air flow it could in theory be an issue. Depends on how warm they get under load.
But with a simple hard drive dock, i doubt it will draw much power or generate heat.

A short circuit fire would be more likely and it wouldn't matter if those touch or not in that case.

They just rest next to each other under my desk.

thats fine as long as there is some airflow around them

i 3d printed a mount for mine on my desk, holding a few for monitor bricks and switch brick along with usb power bank

if they get hot enough to soften pla then they will free themselves

If they're feeling so hot you believe it's a fire risk or that it burns your hand to the touch, get a lightweight thin brick if it's on carpet, and use a usb fan (with grills and feet) to cool them. Keeps them nice and cool to the touch with just a little airflow cooling them.

If not so hot that it's uncomfortable to hold then I wouldn't worry. Just keep them from being stacked or sitting on carpet or getting covered with anything, if that area ends up getting a build up if dust or pet hair, clean it as often as needed to keep that general area clean.
