No compatible Graphics device error (DX11)
At the beginning of December and yesterday my computer updated and now I am unable to play CIV VI Leader Pass because of the error message above. It took me a month to resolve this last time 2K support was not helpful. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you get it fixed?

Re-Install your video drivers.

But not thru windows, Download latest from amd/nvidia and clean install. Then disable driver updates in windows to prevent it happening again.

It updated?

Just some Windows Updates? Or did it update from Win10 to 11?

If you did a Windows Update that updates the "Feature Build" or "Kernel" related updates; you will want to uninstall your Drivers, reboot and then download + install all latest drivers for Motherboard maker and the GPU site (Intel / AMD / NVIDIA); reboot as needed, then try a game or GPU benchmark again now and see how it does.
