This is my personal computer. I would say it isn't joined to a domain, but having seen an Azure cloud and its Microsoft Account integration, but not being completely clear on how cleanly the lines are drawn, I can't say with 100% certainty. Clearly the Microsoft account is tied to an email account, which is tied to a domain in a public registrar.
