i would buy amd ryzen 5800x3d...why? am4 with ddr 4 is a good option,, if you do not want to change teh system. your garphics board, nvidia 4060 ti, may harmonize with the amd cpu and the prizes are low. you may not be able to upgrade your cpu and if you want the newest stuff, i cant tell you soemthing about it, i dont own it.

In my country:
Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti values at 29K
Nvidia RTX 4060 Ti with some other decent computer parts (Like Motherboard and CPU, PSU, Ram) costs 23k
Edit:
I CANNOT give that much money for a single GPU.
I rather have a 4060Ti with a few other parts, rather than buying a single GPU.
I should purchase a 4070 Ti, but I cannot, it's TOO expensive.
I checked to some recent benchmarks and, 4060Ti is better than 3060 Ti.
Which was the GPU I was going to purchase before.
And now, I decided to purchase 4060 Ti instead of 3060 Ti
Speaking of, we've said that the 4070 Ti is pointless but you keep mentioning it. Screw the Ti and look at base 4070s, they're miles ahead of the 4060 Ti because it's the same rough performance as a 3080, whereas the 4060 Ti is weaker than a 3070. It's worth the difference, don't give money to Nvidia on crap GPUs that should've never left the drawing board.
How do AMD's GPU's compare price wise, to Nvidia?
I've just bought an Asus Radeon RX 7900 XT, which is going to be beyond your budget. But the 7800 XT is also a pretty good card, roughly conparable to a 4070 in performance, with 16GB VRAM. But priced between 4060 and 4070.

Raytracing performance is also higher than the 4060 Ti in most games, they're in completely different tiers.
Okay, the reason why I want Nvidia cards is that, let's be honest, Nvidia cards are superior in general when it comes to technology.
While AMD cards may have better raw power (I think).
However, I have never seen an AMD card able to use "Ray Tracing" in any game.
I want to use Ray Tracing as well. If I'm going to pay a lot of money, I want it to be worth it.
Like, whats the equilevent of 4070 on AMD GPU's ?
7800-XT is cheaper and faster than the 4070 in rasterization, faster than the 4060-Ti in raytracing.
NVIDIA's superior technology is partially subjective because the GPU is being used for gaming in this case, they only thing they really have to offer is slightly better raytracing performance (the 7800-XT sits just behind the 4070 in most instances for RT, it's not much slower for that and definitely still worth the price difference) and DLSS, but FSR has wider support because it's open source whereas NVIDIA only lends DLSS to devs they directly work with.
It's fine to be biased but if you're going to cost yourself a lot of performance because of it, may as well buy some clown makeup
I don't know much about computers, so I decided to ask here. If you could provide a few videos about AMD ray tracing and FSR, as well as the difference between DLSS, etc., I wouldn't say anything.
It's just that you guys are talking as if it's easy to make money. It's not the case in my country, and I'm trying to find a good GPU and CPU for my PC.
You could have simply said, "No, you're wrong. AMD GPUs have many good features as well and are affordable."
But instead, you chose to be rude.
Okay, thanks for the help anyway.
If you can’t afford it immediately, then work harder? It’s pretty simple, don’t know what to tell you. I know it’s difficult to hear, but most people who complain about money could solve their issue if they just put in the effort.
And that wasn’t me being rude, it was me being blunt. There are a lot of people who will honestly rip themselves off because they don’t like AMD, which is circus logic.
If I remember right, the Radeon RX 7800 XT is roughly equivalent to an Nvidia 4070.
Check out some comparison sites, Gamers Nexus is a respected YouTube channel, Hardware Unboxed, Jay zee two cents are also respected channels. They'll keep you on the right track, they do testing and comparison of all computer hardware, cases, PSU's, cooling, monitors, CPU's, everything.
I find they speak very quickly and use a lot of jargon which can be not easy to follow. Once you start to figure out the jargon it gets easier. But be prepared for that. You might be fine with the jargon, but if English isn't your first language.......... Just warning you to be prepared, with your mouse pointer over the rewind button
Dude, I'm working up to 45 hours a week.
What the hell are you talking about, I barely have enough time for my self.
