it doesnt matter from what country electronics come. electrically it just has to function in first place. it is a legend, that made in india is not the same as made in china. electronic parts work all the same way. if you know what i mean. i dont want to be offensive. dont get me wrong.

EVGA A-Tier models are either never in stock or overpriced to hell. Still thinking about Corsair though, the RM750x does look promising. Not so sure about Seasonic and Bequiet in general.

I couldn't find much of anything on a "bait and switch" scheme for the 750 watt model. I even switched to Google's search engine.

I just bought a GF3 from Amazon, I suspect the very same GF3 listing in your second screenshot that says "Country of Origin: China." On the outer shrinkwrap of the package is a SKU sticker that says Made in Vietnam. So don't expect that to mean anything, I guess.
PSUs a top brand in my book.
