1080 Ti is slightly faster but the AIO will inevitably fail, rendering the card useless until you replace the cooler, and when it comes to mesh shaders, the 1080 Ti will lag behind. Also, no DLSS support with GTX, all you get is FSR.

Why keep creating multiple posts asking the same question, and then not following up on any of them? You've gotten answers, and it's wasting the time and effort of those who answered at this point.

i have been reading them all sorry !
How come you keep asking then? There were a lot of good replies given to the first two and you never gave any response, so merely asking again and again comes off as ignoring it, and those who notice will think they are wasting their time.

You really have a close comparison here. If you're this conflicted, flip a coin.

The advantages of the GTX 1080 Ti is that it might be faster in some situations, and it has 3 GB more VRAM. The speed advantage is typically only going to be slight, and the 3 GB VRAM will probably only matter in edge cases.

The advantages of the RTX 2070 is that performance will be similar in most cases, but it has its own edge cases where it might actually be much faster. This will be the case in titles where mesh support is necessary. This also applies in "off the beaten path" stuff like Minecraft Java with mods. A mod called nVidium replies on nVidia's OpenGL mesh shader implementation and you need a GTX 16 or RTX 20 series or newer to use it. Pascal is dead in the water here. It's, again, an off the beaten path thing but it's showing how mesh shaders are going to tip the scales at times. Alan Wake II and other upcoming titles are triple A title examples of this. It can also do DLSS (although only older versions?) whereas the GTX 1080 Ti can not (it can do FSR though). To top it all off, it uses less power.

I'd pick the RTX 2070 is I had to choose but if you don't care for DLSS or things with mes shaders, the GTX 1080 Ti certainly isn't a lesser choice.

Or, sell both and buy something newer like an RTX 4070/RX 7800 XT/RTX 4070 Super, which will make either of the other two pale in comparison.
No idea why you keep asking this question. Isn't this the third post?
