Memory Integrity?
Is it worth switching it on below core isolation in windows security?

I don't know. I can't answer that for you.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/test/hlk/testref/driver-compatibility-with-device-guard

If you're having a lot of problems installing things like Watchdog Antivirus and/or any Zemana product, chances are MI is blocking it. You might get a message that says the "SDK couldn't install" but no further explanation and you may not connect the dots on your own since CI/MI is kind of hidden away in the UI.

If you download/install a lot of "exotic" software whose drivers are on Microsoft's grey-list, you might become very annoyed with this feature. I keep it on all the time. But others have issues with it. It's up to the user.

Is it a virus or some sort?

I looked up that driver (PANTECH) and here was something about it. Says to uninstall with a third party uninstaller (REVO, IOBit, etc).

It's a Windows 7 driver, someone claimed? Hmmm, I would get rid of it. Surely there's a newer version for your modern hardware. Edit: do you recognize this device? Is it something you use a lot? Is that the only driver available for it? Sometimes, you can uninstall a device in Device Manager, restart the computer and Windows will find and install one that's compatible with the system.

IOBit was something to do with driver booster that i downloaded on steam. Uninstalled it and the issue still occurs. Maybe need to reinstall windows 11 since driver booster or some other 3rd party program messed everything up.

I personally have to use the generic USB class drivers for my Logitech webcam because Logitech's OEM drivers aren't compatible with Memory Integrity.

That said, if your processor isn't brand new you might see significant loss of performance with Memory Integrity enabled.

I believe it. That's why one should not make blanket statements like it's one size fits all. Memory integrity on versus off has no effect at all on here and I have a 2019 era cpu. For others, like you said, there could be an impact. You won't know until you try it. OP says he has 12th generation Intel though.

It's a similar question to "is everything going to be OK if I update to Windows 11/" I personally could not tell you.:steamhappy:

When memory integrity is turned on, it will enforce strict memory access rules. An additional layer of protection against kernel exploits, code injection, and more. although performance isn't affected much, it's a good trade-off.

The feature required for it to not be horribly slow was launched in the 7th Generation processors.

That said you do need at least 12th Gen and Windows 11 to use Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, as well as Undervolt Protection enabled in BIOS.
Hell no! Last time I switched that on all hell broke loose.
