1080p / 2 = one half
1080p / 2 = the other half
However, a more efficient system is using another monitor and setting them both as one with a resolution of 3840x1080
That way, the "split" is straight down the middle of the 2 monitors = each player gets their own full sized 1080p monitor
Me and a friend done it, we were both top of leaderboards every game we played
So me and my friend almost get one big flst screen each
A 1080p 4" monitor will have the same FPS as an 80" 1080p monitor
Size of the monitor is nothing, it's the pixel count that matters
I'd still prefer 2 * 1920x1080
Over
half of 1920x1080 = X
X * 2
having half of 1080p will look horrible
Just my advice
Single 980Ti would've been much better
3840x1080 windowed, vertical split, one monitor each, great for playing.
