NVIDEA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 361.91 does not react and is restored

Sometimes, when I play games(for example Deus Ex-Human Revolution, Civilization V...), after some time major graphic errors occur and shortly after that the whole game freezes and all I can do is open the task-manager. When I have done that, I get this error report:
NVIDEA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 361.91 does not react and is restored. That also happened with earlier versions of the driver.
Also, sometimes when i play games, my whole laptop just shuts off. When I turn it on afterwards, the laptop only uses the battery, although power supply is plugged in.
Two months ago, i brought my laptop to a PC-repair service to clear it up from the inside and remove all the dust. After I got it back, these problems occured. Could it be, that they made a mistake there and I have to clean it up again?
The GPU goes up to 90°C in some games(now, unfortunately I never looked it up before the clear up).

Here is, what I allready tried:
Reinstalling Nvidia-drivers
Reinstalling Nvidia control panel
Reinstalling Nvidia Geforce Experience
Reinstalling games, where the error occured
Updating BIOS

My laptop is a Acer Aspire V3-772G with an i7-processor, 16GB ram, Nvidia Geforce 750M and windows 10. I use an additional cooling pad.

Well, apparently noone got a solution, but if anybody has the same problem, here is what I did to fix it.
I just gave my notebook to the PC-repair-guy again and he cleaned it again and centered the thermal pads. My gpu-temp is about 60°C now and everything works fine.
