the usb vers have their own sound card on usb for mic/voip
then you need to plug it into the stereo speaker out for game sounds
it will mix the voice and sounds, and return your mic
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVlFBPE2bpw
similar steps for pc
you can use a stereo-rca cable to get game sounds from the pc to the headset
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NIw8e3oOj38
the headsets have adjustments for game and voip volumes
Thanks for the videos. I can get the audio to work through the PC, it is just the mic that I can't seem to figure out. I don't know what cable/s I need in order to get it to work.
check windows audio settings to see if its seen as speakers and mic
if it is use that
set voip out to work on it along with game sounds (windows can mix it)
or
pc sound out, to the line in (for the x32 to mix voip and game sounds)
will need to pick up a 3.5mm headphone - 3.5mm headphone cable if using it on a pc (game sounds)

and the headphone mic/voip to the pc headphone and mic jacks for the voip
use the supplied 360 cable
you need to pick up a stereo/mic cable/splitter
http://www.amazon.com/Stereo-Female-Adapter-Splitter-Earphone/dp/B014EUPJBG/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1456744361&sr=8-4&keywords=2.5+microphone+headset+splitter
and plug that into the mic cable from the headset (vlip and mic)
plug those into the fron jacks on the pc and set realtek audio control panel to use them as a seperate sound card for voip only
and assign windows audio to use realtek rear for windows sounds, and front jacks for voip and mic
I am unclear on what you mean on the second half passed the first link though. Which 360 cable and how exactly do I use the item in the second link?
just tell windows what to use for voip and sound and make sure they work
Alright. I'll try the USB again and then order the item for testing. :)
