Any newer driver and those old GPUs are no longer supported.
IDK why you'd be using an OS newer than Win7 64bit on such an old spec'd setup though; makes zero sense.
And what "new" drivers?
You must use this or earlier:
http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/94790
DO NOT install Geforce Experience; if you do, then do not update drivers from it; simply go into the options and disable the auto check for updates. As it will want to download a newer driver version; which however is not compatible with your old GPU.
It seems like though when I tried to download the drivers it doesn't work, the monitor.
Then reboot back into Normal Mode and re-run either the driver version I posted; or an earlier version; long as it supports your OS
It's normal that the display can go out for a bit during the GPU driver installation; but once the driver is successful, the display should come back again.
