Nvidia HD audio driver keeps coming back!

IT just wont go away no matter what i do need HELP

I never had the issue.

I use Windows 7 and I do a custom install for the nvidia driver. I uncheck the HD audio option, the 3D driver options and the gefore experience option. I just install the main driver and physx.

I'd suggest doing a clean uninstall (use DDU) and do a re-install. Make sure you do a custom install for the drivers and uncheck any box that's not needed for you.

yeah i a custom and only do graphics card driver but audio driver still installs even after uninstall it

Install it or not; shouldn't matter. You just go into Device Manager > find the HD Audio (check the device ID if there are multiple ones listed, to ensure it's the one from the GPU) and right click it > Disable
