i7 4820k for 200$

So how really good is really 4820k. I mean soon im building my new pc and i saw this deal. First i was thinking an i5 4590 but now that i see this, an i7 4820k for 200$ i was shocked. I know motherboards are expensive for the LGA 2011 socket but i found one for 100$ so thats not a problem. So how much better is i7 4820k over i5 4590?

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO will work for that price.

Yes, you wont get amazing performance with it but it will do the job to OC it decently.
