thats why you dont see 2011-3 ddr3 boards
Remove the 5820K from the mobo
Return the 5820k and buy a 4790k
OR - Return the Mobo and RAM and buy a suitable mobo and DDR4 RAM.
Here's a link to Intel compatibility. As you can see there is no compatibility between LGA 2011 and LGA 2011-V3. Perhaps a manufacturer could have added it custom but if they don't say so then assume not.
Why are you aiming for "LGA 2011" anyways?
And if u actually do want that, then get an LGA-2011v3 Motherboard X99
Rather than return the CPU; everything that is for socket 2011, but not newer "V3" are old; don't buy it. And for LGA-2011, everything regarding those require DDR4.
LGA-1150 uses DDR3
LGA-1151 (Skylake) uses DDR3 or 4 (depends on Motherboard; but these CPUs support both)
