Need advice from a female gamer, or men with freakishly small hands?
Title about covers it. I need a new gaming mouse. I like palm grip styles, and i've done a ton of searching but i'm tired of buying a mouse, then having to return it because it isn't as small as everyone suggested. Was just wondering if there was anyone out there who has tiny hands, uses a palm grip style mouse, and can recommend. (anything but corsair m65, and mad catz; tried and returned) Wasn't sure where in the forums to put this, but i figured this area was as good as any.

Rocketjumpninja reviews mice and write for which size of hands they work.
I know Roccat Kona have some slightly smaller mice, maybe they aren't small enough for you, he like the scroll wheels there and they most likely exist with at-least one of the better sensors.
The Logitech G302 he likes and it has a weird shape and I think that's a bit smaller, I don't know if that would work for you, the new G303 is much more pricier.
There's plenty of laptop mice of course too if one don't want to have the very best ones but of course someone with a smaller hand should be able to get a good sensor and quality mice too.
But it's best you check his reviews.

Sort on small.. Or check for small. I don't use a palm grip myself so I don't know how that affect things.

It would had been good if you had measured your hand size as he measure his. Instructions for that is just above that list.

* Zowie FK1 with 3310 sensor: 19-20.5cm / 7.4″
* Zowie ZA13 with 3310 sensor: Under 18.5 / 7.3″ <-- smaller than the FK1 obviously.
* Logitech G Pro with 3366 sensor: Palm – Under 17cm / 6.7″, Claw – 15-19cm / 5.9-7.5″, Fingertip 17-20cm / 6.7-7.9″
Since this one list multiple grips and finger grip is for a larger hand that make me wonder whatever you use palm grip because you like it or because you're forced to it due to the size of the mouse? I assume those which doesn't list the type of grip isn't completely comparable to this one which list specifically for palm grip.
* Logitech G303 with 3366 sensor: Palm 14-18cm / 5.5-7.1″ <-- even better for you! It's also a bit cheaper than the G Pro at-least. It's more expensive than G302 but maybe G302 work just fine for you too?
* Kona Pure: "I’d probably recommend these for small to medium hands, claw grip and most games."
* Razer Abyssus V2 with 3325 or 3329 sensor: Palm Under 17.5cm / 6.9″
* Roccat Kiro: http://www.rocketjumpninja.com/roccat-kiro-review/
* Rapoo V300: Seem similar to Logitech G30x http://www.rocketjumpninja.com/rapoo-v300-review/
* Steelseries Rival 100 with 3059-SS sensor: "Conclusion: Cheap option for most game types except MMORPG, best for those on a budget who want a small, safe mouse."
* Logitech G302 with AM010 sensor: Palm – 14-18cm / 5.5-7″
* Corsair Harpoon with 3320 sensor: Palm 14-17cm / 5.5-6.7″

I don't know if you're ok with a "good" sensor rather than the best, if so maybe feel the G302 and see how you like it. If you like it and want "the best" sensor and are willing to pay more for it then there's the G303. The G Pro may also be an alternative and with a somewhat lower sensor the Razer Abyssus V2 too. Don't know what sensor the Roccat Kona Pure Military and Kiro have or how large it is. Alternative to all the Logitech ones are the Corsair Harpoon also with an average sensor so more relative G302 then.

Touchie touchie (SovietWomble reference) the Logitech G302, 303, G Pro and the Corsair Harpoon and maybe Roccat Kona Pure Military and Kiro and see how you like them all? Good luck.

He list Kona Pure Military as having "very good" sensor so I guess 3310 or 3389/3390 and the Kiro as good so out of that the sensor of the Kona Pure Military is better (some have suggested some colors rattle less than others or something.. that seem weird but .. It's a cool looking mouse .. ;D), I don't know which hands they fit since he haven't written that, he has written how large they are though so I guess you can compare with the rest and maybe guess from that :). I'm done with this reply though =P

Still comes down to personal tastes and how it feel to you.
Zowie Mice don't have enough buttons for me, nor on-the-fly DPI switching that is convenient (since it's a button on the bottom). Could give a crap what Pros use, it doesn't make YOU a Pro.

G502 is listed as ML on RocketJumpNinja. He also consider it a bit too heavy for his gaming.

If one instead of going with the 40 most recommended mice visit the list for small palm grip then his page returns:

I didn't knew the thread was resurected when I answered in the previous thread :/

Chicks luv the roccat savu. Mid size gaming mouse fits perfect in smaller hands.
I liked it too when I had a few mice ordered home some years(?) ago. Except that the plastic seem to change apperance very fast? If it's the one I'm thinking of then I liked it the most ergonomically and it was cheaper but it also felt cheaper and the plastic got a bit shiny by just testing it.

Male with small hands, and two kids that play and also need small mice.
May have found something on Razer but haven't tested it.
Razer Orochi https://www.razerzone.com/eu-en/gaming-mice/razer-orochi
An advanced laptop mouse with 8 200 dpi and wireless. Very small.

Also the Razor Imperator, one I had for a few years. Great because you could adjust the side buttons so you can reach them even with shorter fingers. Unfortunately it's discontinued. The Steelseries Sensei RAW was also recommended for smaller hands but again I have not tested it myself.

i think you need to go to a physical store and handle the mouse personally. this way you can gauge if the mouse is the right fit to your hand.
My wife has been having this problem for years, finally bit the bullet and ordered the R.A.T.9. since Mad Catz has filed for bankruptcy and I didn't want to miss out on the last of their stock.

Sadly it was still too large, both a little too long after adjusting it and slightly too tall with the palm rest. I'll try to modify the rest like suggested and see if it helps but still on the prowl for that mythical small gaming mouse that doesn't suffer from connectivity issues (she prefers a wireless mouse).

So far the only one she has been able to enjoy and have a bit of programming leg room for WoW and shooters is the Logitech MX Anywhere Mouse. Has the back and forward buttons that can be used for MMOs and a reprogrammable center button under the scroll wheel. There's a newer version with added Bluetooth support but we haven't decided if we want to go back to that just yet. Favorite thing about the MX is it can be used on glass plus great range for being wireless.

Anywho I'll keep everybody updated if I find something but that MX mouse is worth a shot if you're not a serious gamer but want something comfortable.
I have very small hands and the Logitech G502 has been my choice of mouse since 2014. Can't find a better alternative for the price. It is also one of the most praised mice on the market.
We tried out the G502 but it was still too long for her. After some research I found that the mouse needs to be under 95mm in length to be comfortable for her. I've found older Roccat model that fits under this category but it has been discontinued in 2011.
Roccat Kone Pure. Best mouse for small hands on the market.

Miss Vera, I am painfully aware of your small-handed mouse problems, for they are my problems too (6" from tip of index to base of hand). I have been searching for a small gaming mouse for over 6 years now and have come up empty.

Ideally I want (and I imagine you wanting) a mouse that is less than:

4" long
2.5" wide
1.5" tall

Etnopluralism - thanks for linking rocketjumpninja's list - I'll check out some of the mice from there, some of them look promising.

Miss Vera, if I find something that works for me, I'll let you know. For now, I switch between a razer (too long), a Xornet II (too wide) and a generic small logitech (perfect fit but not good enough for gaming). When my fingers and wrist start hurting I switch mouses. Which is like every other hour. :(

Damn this problem.
