intel burn test
my cpu hit 90c during this test is that bad for this test

Very bad, I'm not too sure on what CPU you have, but most are around 60C max, then it will start throttling.

i have an i7 4790k under normal setting on intel burn test it hits like 75c in games it tends to max at 60c

IBT is a linpack stress test. If you're testing for stability try realbench and/or aida64.

90c is hot for an i7 4790k
but check with cpuz while ibt is running

if its throttling under 4.4ghz then its too hot
