pull the drive to make sure the pc will boot without it
if it does, you can remove that partition and expand the other to fill it
or use diskpart
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj200124.aspx
*(but dont activate, it will format the drive, and be sure to select the correct hdd)
I had to redo my windows install with only my SSD hooked up so windows put everything on my SSD. Pretty stupid that windows makes this error during the installation even when u select the drive u want to boot from. And I was told to make sure ur SSD is in SATA port 1 during install as well. Don't know if that makes a difference, but I did it anyway.
I had a similar case, cloned a Windows installation from a HDD to a SSD, and then installed Arch on the HDD. I'm not sure if the cloning (EaseUs partition wizard) or the Architect Installer were to blame (I'm leaning on the cloning), but I ended up without a boot partition on the SSD.
Anyway, booting from a Gparted LiveCD will let you do whatever you want with that partition: http://gparted.org/livecd.php
But since it's a separate hard drive, I'm sure you can just unmount it and use the stock windows volume manager to delete it (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Disk Management).
i installed windows 10 on my SSD with my HDD unplugged, i guess the reason was because before my ssd i had windows on that HDD drive.
ill give diskpart a try when i get back, thanks!
If disk part on cmd doesnt work ill gove that a try, thanks!
how does gparted work? is it just a software you open up or something else?
Thanks for your help!
