What games is the nvidia shield portable optimized for?
I'm not talking about like crossy road like REAL pc games I know it has half life and portal anymore? And could there be a way to be able to play actual games without pc streaming?

That depends; there are Android Games u can buy for it (some are F2P)
and then there are the PC Games you can stream from Gaming PC to the Shield using Geforce GPU + Geforce Experience App

There is also the "Geforce Now Membership" which allows u to pay a monthly fee, and your Shield can access Games from Online Server/Cloud system; without having to use a dedicated Gaming PC to get access to such PC Games.
