If you absolutely had to stick with that PC though then I suppose a GTX 750Ti or GTX 950 would work as a GPU upgrade. You will still chug with something like Witcher 3 though.
Thank you for your recommendation sundownKid, I will look into it, if anyone else has further comments I would be happy to learn more.
Its time to put the old horse to the glue factory. She might have served you well but she is getting on in years and wont give you good performance with the most modern games.
If youre just gonna run indie games and League of Legends then adding in a weak GPU will be sufficient. But if you want to play AAA games decently then a new PC build is in order.
Youll probably be able to make at least $200, maybe $300 if you sell it, you can build a decent gaming PC for about $600.
that it has 300 watt, i've read at least enough to know it's not much, so my question is what can i do with it, can i simply just upgrade the graphics card or do i also need to buy a new psu.
You should be able to upgrade the GPU to a GTX 750Ti or GTX 950 without switching out the PSU. Anything stronger you shouldnt bother with anyway since it will just bottleneck the CPU.
