I never quite understood why people get these weak GPUs and then buy a ton of games... and then come to these forums to complain about the performance.
I seriously recommend saving up a little more for a better tier GPU.

Better tier gets somewhat steep in Canada and also need to factor in taxes.
That is why I said what I said.
I never quite understood why people get these weak GPUs and then buy a ton of games... and then come to these forums to complain about the performance.
If they can afford all these games, then they can hold off on a few games and buy the next tier GPU that meets their expectations.
I'll put myself in that boat :(
the young inexperienced me said "I haz xyz game and I haz nvidia grapfix why sucky FPS"
then I realised something called 'physics' and then the meaning of "mobile".

I'd like to comment on the sad state of our Canadian dollar and economy and PC parts prices at this point because in the USA you can meanwhile get a R9 380 4GB or maybe sometimes even a R9 380X 4GB for under $200 USD. I'd like to see Canadian prices get better.
I need my PC for the winter (& more) and one day I'm gonna need a 4K monitor and a new GPU.
The R7 370 should play almost anything at all very well and everything should play at least at the quality it would play on with a PS4 as long as it's well optimized and you have 8GB RAM.
It needs a 400W or 500W 80 Plus PSU or better or somewhere around there depending on quality with one single PCIe 6 or 6+2 pin connector for power. It will work in your motherboard.
As for the specs?
Here's wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_AMD_graphics_processing_units#Radeon_Rx_300_Series
It has 1996 GFLOPS which should be what you look at to compare power if everything else just confuses you. Texel fillrate and memory bandwidth can be important also. Everything is important to some degree or another but if you want a single measurement it is GFLOPS.
Everything is listed in the newegg link, what specifically are you after?
