Graphic card under 200CAD
So, I'm looking for a graphic card under 200$ that can run new HD games on atleast medium to high decently. I had taken a look at ky local best buy and I saw a few; Zotac Geforce GT 750, GT 740, GT 730, and GT 610. Which one is the best for their price and please give me some other suggestion.

Skip out on the next game or two and use that money towards a decent GPU.

I never quite understood why people get these weak GPUs and then buy a ton of games... and then come to these forums to complain about the performance.

I seriously recommend saving up a little more for a better tier GPU.

Better tier gets somewhat steep in Canada and also need to factor in taxes.

That is why I said what I said.

If they can afford all these games, then they can hold off on a few games and buy the next tier GPU that meets their expectations.

then I realised something called 'physics' and then the meaning of "mobile".

$200cdn is a tall order but ncix has a couple gtx960s at $238/250 after mir. In the used end I saw a 280x $140 but it sold quick so keep an eye out for that on HWC and RHR or something close to equivalent GTX770, r9 280.

R7 370 ^ under $200 cdn and better than 750ti.
I'm looking forward for getting the R7 370 but what's the minimum requirement? It doesn't show me the details of it. I tried to Google it but the results that come up are different cards.

Get the R7 370, I hate to say it but it's apparently currently the best card available at the price.

Gigabyte Radeon R7 370 2GB WINDFORCE 2X Video Card
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr737wf2oc2gd
NCIX $184.99 -$10.00 +FREE s/h $174.99
$10.00 mail-in rebate

I'd like to comment on the sad state of our Canadian dollar and economy and PC parts prices at this point because in the USA you can meanwhile get a R9 380 4GB or maybe sometimes even a R9 380X 4GB for under $200 USD. I'd like to see Canadian prices get better.

I need my PC for the winter (& more) and one day I'm gonna need a 4K monitor and a new GPU.

The R7 370 should play almost anything at all very well and everything should play at least at the quality it would play on with a PS4 as long as it's well optimized and you have 8GB RAM.

What's the spec and what's the min requirements for it?
Rove 2016년 2월 8일 오후 6시 47분
What do you mean by spec and min requirements?

It needs a 400W or 500W 80 Plus PSU or better or somewhere around there depending on quality with one single PCIe 6 or 6+2 pin connector for power. It will work in your motherboard.

As for the specs?
Here's wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_AMD_graphics_processing_units#Radeon_Rx_300_Series

It has 1996 GFLOPS which should be what you look at to compare power if everything else just confuses you. Texel fillrate and memory bandwidth can be important also. Everything is important to some degree or another but if you want a single measurement it is GFLOPS.

Everything is listed in the newegg link, what specifically are you after?
