What do you mean by glitchy graphics? Artifacting, spreading of random pixels or lines, etc?
You can download the latest Nvidia drivers from:
http://www.geforce.com/drivers
Are you able to check the GPU (graphics card) temperature while running?
Or do you have an integrated graphics on your motherboard, you could swap other and test upon?
Swap over to it, and play a light graphic game. Bird eye view like Dota 2 would be fine with it. Lower the graphics and just test it out. Does it resolve the issue? It will most likely not have the issue, meaning it's a faulty graphics card (or just buggy graphics card drivers if really lucky). However, I believe it would be your video memory which is the issue, meaning you might be to replace the card (or oven set it, if really keen and have nothing to lose). If it's hardware based, you will probably find it builds up in corruption (glitches) more and more over time.
If not a faulty graphics card, replace the monitor cable with another, if possible, to test. Sometimes it's just a clipped cable shorting out a bit.
If not that, then check for overheating issues, remove the side of the pc case and play it opened up for testing purposes. This will ensure airflow isn't being restricted, etc. Monitor the temperature of the CPU and graphics card. Hot video memory can also cause those game artifacts, but it's more of a temporary issue.
You can run out of VideoMemory aka Vram or its just slow.
Download HWmonitor and tell me what temps do you have on Graphiccard and CPU.

Temperatures are fine, therefore it's not just an overheated artifacting glitch.
Black shadows and/or missing textures therefore can be a sign of actual physical damage (worst case, but most likely).
Honestly... I think it's time you look for a new/better graphics card to replace it.
