gt 730 is slightly weaker than gtx 8800
but it should play, may not hold 30+fps at 720p
Let's save some time..

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ overpriced operating systems
its still a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ operating system with alot of errors and glitches and driver problems and... well similar things
Should I buy as I play on 1080p... Need 25+ FPS to be enjoyable really...
It'll play but it depends on what you consider playable, based on that video I would say not very good at 720p.

Just for reference cpu oveclocked vs stock ^.
We may even have 10GbE but I doubt it, we may even have flying cars, but I doubt it, we may even have 802.11ax, most likely.
It's my choice, not really any of your business if you're not gonna be constructive tbh.
this probably sounds stupid, but a solid 20-25 fps is better than 25-30, because with 20-25 you can actually get the flow of how the mouse movement works with that kind of framerate, on 25-30 the feeling of jarring from the roughness of 25 to 30, the change in smoothness is REALLY annoying
