System_Thread_Exception_Not_Handled Error (atikmdag.sys) WINDOWS 10 Error

I've been spending hours trying to wrap my head around this issue and I am not a novice when it comes to fixing computer problems. Recently, I decided to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I had heard good things about the current build and so I decided to completely wipe my infested adware drive and start fresh. The install went well, but the system began to crash and reboot in a never ending cycle of System_Thread_Exception_Not_Handled Error (atikmdag.sys). i decided to clean all the drives of any trace of data, both my SSD and my Harddrive. The issue still persisted After some research I discovered there was an issue of the drivers, AMD to be specfic, I use AMD Radeon Cards, two exactly. I downloaded a AMD software removal tool to remove any traces of drivers and restarted in safe mode so I could run the removal program, that seemed to have done the trick. I do not crash in the regular boot up mode. HOWEVER, it is NOW IMPOSSIBLE to install any drivers for my two cards. The system crashes and repeats the same error message everytime I attempt to install proper drivers for my cards. I am at my wits end and have no idea what to do. Does anyone have any clue of how to proceed?
