You doubled checked it's plugged in fully? I own one.
If the jack for the headset isn't fully in, you'll only hear out of one ear.
I'm also assuming you followed the instructions properly?
You can either plug the headset AND mic jack in (doesn't matter if you use the mic, or even if it's connected to the headset)
OR
You can use the reverse-splitter thing that puts the mic and headset jack into just a headset jack, if you don't have a headphone jack on your computer.
If you just leave the mic jack unplugged it's stated it can damage it.
and have you updated on there site and all so the eq could be turned off if theres no base
basically the volume was lowered in the right ear i searched and found out after days
one last thing, i noticed that 7.1 sound is pretty bad imo, you can't distinct left from right, stereo is much much better in this headset, its a pretty good headset i think lets hope it lasts for me and you.
