super high SSD response time in task manager
When downloading something or running a speed test both of my SSDs (Crucial BX500 and Patriot P220) show response time of about 2000-4000ms in task manager yet their speeds usually are what they should be (about 500mb/s).Is this normal for cheap SATA SSDs or something is wrong?Googling this issue did not give any real fix or explanation as to why it is happening

I figured out it's notmal for SSDs as long as the write speed stays high.My new adata legend 710 (1,8gb/s m.2 nvme) also shows ridiculously high latency in task manager

Task Manager is a waste of your time to look at for such info anyways; and it's very delayed as well.

It can tell if your SSD has decided to have performance problems, i.e. jumping to 100% utilization and slow write speeds like can happen if a drive's cache is exhausted or it is overheating and throttling.

Firmware BIOS updates through WU is generally only a feature if you have certain branded prebuilds or Laptops. For custom builds with off the shelf or aftermarket ASUS, ASROCK, MSI, GIGABYTE, EVGA Motherboards you don't get bios updates that way

You are correct i also noticed this high response time issue with large 2tb or more sizeNvme especially the cheap ones when they are filled like 90 percent their response time straight up increases.
That information in Task Manager isn't exactly accurate anyways regarding the drives info. I wouldn't even bother to look at that.
