its very rare a AIO leaks.custom water loops a whole other story.
At least 95% of CLCs don't have a fill port, there are some that do but you'll almost never need to use it because it takes more than a few years for evapouration to reduce a significant enough portion of the fluid inside to have any impact on cooling capacity. Hence why most don't even have a fill port, it's a waste of money to produce.
