If you're looking for help with parts suggestions for a new build it would be helpful to know what you are looking at in terms of the budget / price range.
As for budget i do not have a specific range yet. From past experiences when i was more familiar with the hardware of older times the low, mid and high end specs used to automatically fall within certain price ranges! But since you asked let me put a tag of between €1000-€1200, for the tower only of course.
decent starting point for that price range. If you can spare any more then I'd look at trying to bump up to the next tier GPU if anything.
Also if you're looking around early next year; NVIDIA is expected to launch RTX 40 "Super" refresh so you should at least wait for those to launch to see if one of them may be within your budget range; or even if not they should potentially drop the pricing for the existing models some.
EDIT: For example, if you can stretch your budget up to around 1400€ then you could probably wait for the RTX 4070 Super to launch and squeeze that in by dropping the SSD from a 2TB to a 1TB.
the igpu can be useful, good for encoding/decoding without any extra work on the dedicated gpu
none are specifically designed for gaming, but the ones that offer better core performance do give an edge to gamers
the price diff between f and non f isnt very much, well worth having it just in case its needed for troubleshooting gpu/display issues
-it performs in games equal to the nearly twice as expemsive ryzen 9 7950X3D.
its simply the ideal gamimg cpu of the moment.
and at 85W I see no reason to go team blue with 250w..
Motherboard : pick whatever is available near you.
make sure it has :
-ALC 1200 or better
-Wifi 6 (ax)
-4 ddr5 slots with support for 6000+ mhz
-1 or mor2 m.2 pci5x4 slot(s)
ASUS TUF Gaming X670E-PLUS WIFI
is a suggestion I make here.
GPU : Radeon 7800RX or Nvidea 4070
(both around 600 euro the 7800 performs 5% better without dlss3 and is usually 30 euro vheaoer the 4070 has dlss3 for titles that support it) either is a goid pick
Memory : 32gb (2x16) ddr5 with true latancy 10 or lower. and not more than 6400mhz.
suggestion : Corsair Vengeance CMK32GX5M2B6400C32
that should be a nice midrange base
That is all well beyond the OP's stated €1000-€1200 budget range
saw no amount in his post, sorry red over it.
1200 is the bare minimum for a low end system.
op said midrange system hence the confusion.
the 7800X3D is toward the top end and would be a far stretch to label it as "mid range"; especially for "gaming".
Same with the motherboard, is the top-end chipset and one of the higher end models.
better gpu, more ram, and costs less

I noticed the case you put in your build and I'd like to add that Cougar Duoface RGB might be worth looking into if OP reads this. It's around the same price I guess.
I recently got to mess with a Cougar Gaming Duoface Pro RGB which is like $100 and man I really, really like that case for the price. While all of you guys are probably already used to slightly bigger midatx cases with a lot of space, I've still been getting small thinner cramped ones because I've been limiting myself to cases with internal optical drive bays, I'm thinking of getting a case WITHOUT an optical drive fan for my next case which would be a first for me and would really really open my options.
But like I said, if any of you haven't seen that Cougar case, it's very nice I think for the money in case someone wants to save on the name and no get a Lian Li or Corsair one.
full atx gives much more room, makes install easier and room for better cable management
just feels less cramped inside
is the dark rock 4 not a little expensive for this budget?
idk would get a 40-50€ cooler and go up to ryzen 7 5700x "15€ more" but the other parts are decent i guess...
Was just giving them a starting point to work from that was within the budget. There is still too much “up in the air” for the OPs timeframe since the RTX 40 Supers should be out around the time
I'd say you can get a Pure Rock 2 if you want.
