Steam Deck Oled Fan Always Max

Hello, I just received my steam deck oled and after some updates it failed to restart and power on. After holding down volume down, (...), and pressing power button was able to power it on again.

However now, the fans are always on max speed. 10,000 RPM temps for Cpu/gpu are around 29-32C at steam OS homepage idle. Fan kicks on max rpm and stays max at steam logo.

Fans are also maxed out in bios.

Is there anyway to fix this? Have already tried factory reset no luck.
