My steam dock doesn't work anymore

My steam dock stopped working - it's no longer outputting to the tv, but will charge.

I don't know what's causing it, but it coincided with the last dock update. When I try to update the dock, I get an error message that says:
"DOCK FIRMWARE UPDATE CANCELLED
Steam Deck lost connection with the Dock during the update. Please plug Steam Deck into the Dock, and restart the firmware update to continue."

I can't get it to update.

Anyone have any ideas?

Unplug the dock for 1 min than reconnect everything.

This problem is resolved. I managed to update the dock while it wasn't plugged in
